Rector’s Representative for Doctoral School. Head of the International Economic Policy Unit at the Collegium of Socio-Economics. A professor at SGH, she received her doctoral degree from the University of Warwick (UK) and her post-doctoral degree from SGH. A graduate of the European Studies Programme [Program Studiów Europejskich - PSE] at SGH. An economist and political scientist, she specialises in international economics and politics, with a focus on the impact of technology on economic processes, society and policymaking. In this context, her research work includes topics on smart cities, the processes and mechanisms that determine the creation of innovation, and the competitiveness of the economy.

As an editor, analyst and lecturer, Anna Visvizi, PhD has extensive collaborative experience in the world of academia, think tanks and the public sector, including international organizations such as the OECD. The scientific achievements of dr hab. Anna Visvizi include publications in journals from the so-called Philadelphia list and others. As an editor and author, dr hab. Anna Visvizi works with prestigious international publishers, including Routledge, Elsevier, Emerald and Springer. Dr hab. Anna Visvizi has presented her research findings at national and international conferences, as well as at public institutions. Dr hab. Anna Visvizi is the editor-in-chief of Transforming Government: People, Process and Policy oraz Digital Policy, Regulation and Government. Her teaching experience spans 20 years of lectures and classes with students.
